TRADE-IN TERMS

1. You own your watch.  It is not stolen or owned by any other person. 2. Your watch must have the exact characteristics stated in your Trade-in form. 3. Your watch must be in working condition, which means all watch functions must work     correctly. 4. Your watch must have all its pieces intact, i.e. no broken crystals, broken links, missing     bezels, missing buttons or missing any pieces that originally came with the watch.     Watches can have had links removed from the watch. 5. Your must be "genuine" and "authentic" from the manufacturer stated in your request form.     Copies, fakes and counterfeit watches will not be accepted. 6. Your quote is only good as a credit towards a purchase. 7. In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, our price quote is invalid.
